The office staff up front are professional and effiecient. The wait is reasonable. Dr. Dhawan's Medical Assistant, Shironica, is top notch. I have had only two visits after recently transfering to this practice and honestly I responded with all 10's... I "never" do that on a survey because there's usually "room to grow". They're doing everything right and I'm glad I switched to Dr Dhawan. Two thumbs up!

A dr who listens, reviews your chart thoroughly and explains the issues in layman’s terms. She provides the info and helps you make a plan for future visits, test etc.

I have a rare primary immune deficiency. I have seen dozens of clinicians. Only Dr. Reddy has helped me, in fact he saved my life

Dr. Proddatoori listened to everything I said, responded courteously to my questions, did not rush me or seem rushed during our discussion, explained the reasoning behind a diagnosis that another doctor had given me, and respected my needs.

I really like the care I’ve received from Dr Proddatoori and from the whole team.They are very knowledgeable and helpful.As soon as I left the office my meds were already ready for pick up.
