He knows Cancer and can explain it, translate test results, even dubious ones, with care - giving the facts without candy coating them, while also giving you the truth of your situation gently.

I thought he was a knowledgeable provider, but I felt like he needs to take time to listen to me, instead of talking over me. I may be old, and I may be a woman, but I need my fifteen minutes to be dedicated to my care since it's the only time I get. Listen better and allow the patient time to respond to you, and also bring up issues you may not know about yet. Please.
