What would you tell family & friends about your experience?
In addition to high-level medical knowledge, Dr. Kaplan doesn't talk down to his patients. Dr. Kaplan demonstrates an ability to understand patient issues, comments and concerns while maintaining a calm demeanor.

He’s one of the few doctors that actually listens to me and my concerns. He’s very patient and thorough when explaining things to me and I appreciate his empathy and compassion.

I would say it was a satisfactory experience. The nurse was respectful and hospitable while the doctor was understanding and patient.

I have recommended Danial Kaplan many times to many friends and relatives who have diabetes problems. I highly recommend him because he is very knowledgeable and thorough and can explain easily what the problems are and ways to improve.

I was very impressed by the fact that he not only listened to my concerns about my lack of energy, related to my thyroid issues, but he also covered other issues such as osteoporosis. His after visit summary covered when I was to take both current and new meds. I think he is just the Dr. that I need.

This was my only second visit with Dr. Kaplan. I was very very happy with how personal he was with me.. he showed very much interest in my case. And really alleviated my fears.

I would refer to Dr. Kaplan anytime. He is clearly an expert in his specialty. He was responsive to my needs and offered new resources that no other endocrinologist has mentioned. I feel very comfortable under his medical expertise.
