What would you tell family & friends about your experience?
He explains the test results in an easy to understand way, does not come across as a scold like some other doctors that I have had did and recommends several approaches to dealing with any issues. What I like most about him is that he is not inclined to rush you into a drug treatment if he believes that you are committed to lifestyle changes that can make the difference needed.

Dr. Dhawan is caring, friendly, and explains things that are easy to understand. I have been his patient for over 10 years. I feel lucky to have him as my doctor.

The wait was nearly 1 hour but I wouldn’t change doctors as I believe every doctor is overbooked.

I liked the doctor. It was the first time I met him.I was satisfied but honestly he had no test results yet so he was limited what he could say.

I do Love Dr. Dhawan, been with him over 20+, long before he was with Epic Care. I still refer friends and family to him. Sometimes I feel short-changed in the amount of time he spends with me. I definetly feel like he is overbooked.

I am satisfied with the care I received from Dr. Dhawan. He reviewed my vitals signs, listened to my heart and lungs sounds, reviewed pass lab results,asked and answered my questions. Extremely professional and thoughtful met all my expectations. The best PCP, I have seen since being a patient at Epic Care.

I tell my family and friends that it would be great if they could have a doctor like Dr Deepak Dhawan, because he cares about his patients and he well make sure he asks you everything he needs to know about you and your problems, that is why I'm very lucky to have hem as my doctor.

Dr Dhawan responds to my call within 15 min after I initially call his office, very caring & the staff who answers my initial call when I was so sick was very accommodating & obviously gave my msg to dr Dhawan & the reason why Dr Dhawan returned my call in no time . Sick as I was coming home it was a relief to find out that Dr Dhawan called my daughter when he tried calling me back cuz I was not able to answer my phone cuz the volume is turned down cuz I was at work at the time. I can only say thank you to Dr Dhawan for his never ending immediate response & empathy to his patients & very nice staff whether on the phone or in person .

Dr Dhawan continued to provide me with exceptional medical care. His staff was able to fit me in after a recent serious fall and within 6 hours of visiting Urgent Care, providing me seamless transition to evaluation and recommendation for PT to lead me through to recovery
