The care I recieved from Epic Care was excellent. My Dr. Shwetha Anand has been very complete with her care . I am very very satisfied with the care that I have recieved with Epic Care. And the staff was always helpful and friendly and very knowledgeable. Everytime I called the office with concerns my concerns were promptly dealt with in a timely manner. I am very happy with how Epic Care has handled my medical needs. I highly recommend their services.

What would you tell family & friends about your experience?
Dr. Anand is very pleasant and listens to everything I say. She is the only doctor that has listened to my heart and lungs in the past 10 years. I trust her. Her assistants know how to take a real blood pressure with a stethoscope and I really appreciate that.

She was very prompt and understanding. I felt like she made me a priority in her day because I was having an extremely hard time trying to process my phone for the video call. She called me back and I was able to start and finish my appointment without the need for the video call. I really appreciated her thoroughness and caring disposition.
