Everyone I've encountered has been friendly. I love Dr. Sharma. She is everything a doctor should be kind , compassionate, caring and, empathetic. Mr. John in the lab is awesome and Talia is such a sweetheart..

I have been a Patient at the Office on Collins Road for over 20 years now. Everyone is very Professional but they are always friendly as well .I would certainly recommend anyone give them a try if you are looking for Medical Care !

I love the service I always get from Baptist when I come there to see ARNP Jenna Spalding and or Dr. [last name]. As sick as I am always in, I get the Very Best Care & Treatment when I come to BPC & I always feel much better when I leave.
Also, Nydia the nice young Indian Woman at the Front Counter is a Delight having her assist me and she always loves on my Lil' Pooch to, she is so friendly & such a pleasure seeing her every time I walk in your door

I love the Collins Road Baptist Health office, from the time I walk in, until the time I leave. The building is very clean and orderly. The receptionists are very friendly and courteous; they are just as friendly when it is time to schedule my follow-up appointment. My Dr's nurse (Talia) is one of a kind: so, on top of things very friendly and just an all-around nice person. Now for Dr. Sharma, she is the GREATEST Dr. in the world to me. I could list 1000 reasons why I feel very lucky that I have her as my Dr. I just want to say you have a very good thing going on at this location. Please don't change a thing.
