Dr McQuade is totally awesome and Michelle that use to work at the front desk and Jane and Angie in the referral department and John that takes blood and there’s one girl that answers the phone her name begins with an A and I can’t remember it right this minute but she’s awesome too. The people I’ve mentioned here are the very reason. I thought when I lost Dr [last name] I was lost but Dr McQuade has made me feel great too.

I like everything at the Collins Road office. The front staff makes me feel welcome and checking in is easy. The back office staff is very efficient as well and do a good job getting all the information and vitals done. My favorite thing about the office is Dr. McQuade. He is a superb doctor who puts me at ease and who listens to my concerns. He has always worked me in if I had an immediate need although sometimes it is a virtual appointment. He and I are partners in my care and it just doesn't get any better than that!!! I always leave the office feeling relaxed and confident that I have been treated with the utmost respect from the entire office staff members and that I have received the best care available from Dr. Joseph McQuade.

Everything, friendly always a very pleasant greeting upon arrival.
The entire staff make you feel like you matter not just as a patient,
but on a personal level. As much as I hate going to the office for
appoitments I never mind upon arrival.

I love how nice everyone was- from the front desk staff, techs, and providers. It was also nice how convenient it was to get labs since it is in the clinic.

Dr Perera, additionally I like having the Quest Lab service in the same building. This saves me time and results in me getting my lab results sooner. I also like the new online results from lab tests.
