Office was very clean. Receptionist was very professional. Ms. Jenna ARNP was very nice and explained in detail everything that I asked her about. She is also very caring and let me know what all my options were and helped me to decide what the best way to go with my plan of care.

The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and caring. My doctor Dr. [last name] and Jenna Spalding are absolutely wonderful. They are absolutely extremely great doctors who take care of you as if you were family. Your concerns are addressed promptly and the care is excellent. The ladies at front desk are always pleasant and professional. The lady that takes me back is friendly and professional. Jenna Spalding the nurse practitioner is awesome. She listens to you and always comes up with a plan of treatment and explains every detail of the plan. She cares about her patients. I highly recommend this entire group of caring people at Baptist Primary Care on Collins Road.
