I love the service I always get from Baptist when I come there to see ARNP Jenna Spalding and or Dr. [last name]. As sick as I am always in, I get the Very Best Care & Treatment when I come to BPC & I always feel much better when I leave. Also, Nydia the nice young Indian Woman at the Front Counter is a Delight having her assist me and she always loves on my Lil' Pooch to, she is so friendly & such a pleasure seeing her every time I walk in your door Thanks Baptist

The girls at front desk are professional and friendly and very helpful. The nurses are pleasant and kind. They always remember me. Jenna, Dr.[last name]'s PA is absolutely great. Both of the nurse practitioners are awesome. They take the time and listen to your concers, talk through options and help you come up with a treatment plan that is right for you. Neither of them are "pill pushers" and I really like that. I prefer to go tbe natural route first and they've never made me feel bad for that, instead they understand my concerns. Absolutely love both Karen and Jenna!

Everyone is friendly you don't have to wait to be seen and the Doctors and PAs listen and go over everything with you to make sure you understand directions and any you may have in medication or health issues.
