Office was very clean. Receptionist was very professional. Ms. Jenna ARNP was very nice and explained in detail everything that I asked her about. She is also very caring and let me know what all my options were and helped me to decide what the best way to go with my plan of care.

The ladies at front desk are always pleasant and professional. The lady that takes me back is friendly and professional. Jenna Spalding the nurse practitioner is awesome. She listens to you and always comes up with a plan of treatment and explains every detail of the plan. She cares about her patients. I highly recommend this entire group of caring people at Baptist Primary Care on Collins Road.

Staff members are friendly and helpful. APRN Jenna Spalding is great! She listens to her patients and asks insightful questions. Her knowledge and familiarity with less common conditions is impressive and it is evident that she stays up to date on developments in medicine. She is very adept at using blood tests to support or eliminate potential diagnoses. She promptly follows up with her patients on test results or responses to patient questions.

As sick as I am always in, I get the Very Best Care & Treatment when I come to BPC & I always feel much better when I leave.
