The girls at front desk are professional and friendly and very helpful. The nurses are pleasant and kind. They always remember me. Jenna, Dr.[last name]'s PA is absolutely great. She takes the to listen to you and comes up with a plan to meet your goals. She truly cares about her patients. I highly recommend Jenna and Dr. [last name].

Both of the nurse practitioners are awesome. They take the time and listen to your concers, talk through options and help you come up with a treatment plan that is right for you. Neither of them are "pill pushers" and I really like that. I prefer to go tbe natural route first and they've never made me feel bad for that, instead they understand my concerns. Absolutely love both Karen and Jenna!

Everyone is friendly you don't have to wait to be seen and the Doctors and PAs listen and go over everything with you to make sure you understand directions and any you may have in medication or health issues.

I ALWAYS receive exceptional care from my provider. Jenna takes her time and addresses my health concerns and is proactive. When she unavailable other providers address my concerns timely. Communication is top notch!! I am able to get it when I have an urgent need and even for telehealth for sick visits which is very helpful. I would HIGHLY recommend BMC primary care Collins Road to anyone.
