The most recent visit was a biannaul virtual with my PCP, Dr. Sonia Sharma, to cover recent labs, general health, and a plan of action. As usual she was professional, thorough, listened, asked great questions, and gave sensible feedback to me. She also treats other members of my family - my father before he died, and for some time my son, daughter-in-law, and grandson. Individually and collectivley we are extremely blessed to have her as our PCP.

The new front staffing was Amazing very nice, professional and excellent service. Just a smile goes a long way because you never knows what someone is going through and when I came in and checked out it was the Best experience I have had there in a long time. I forgot to get the ladies names but i remembered Mr John the lab person (very nice man). My doctor Dr Sonia Sharma is the Best #1 Doctor I truly Love her ❤️ she is caring and also making sure each patient receives what they need. She cares about your health and needs. I'm thankful for the service I received on yesterday.

I love my primary care physician, Dr Sonia Sharma, she is the best physician I have ever had. She really cares about her patients and if there is something she does not like what they're doing, she will let them know. Most doctors spent two to five minutes with you and walk out, my doctor takes the time to listen to the issues, and makes recommendations on what to do. Thanks for being my doctor and friend.

I'm always treated with respect from front line staff, Dr. Sharma's medical assistant, to John, who can put a needle in my arm without causing any pain. Dr. Sharma is an excellent doctor who cares deeply about her patients' medical needs, and always inquiries about what's happening in their life. I would be devasted if Baptist Primary Care and Florida Blue couldn't come to an agreement. For normal visits I would pay the out of network cost but if I had a serious illness or injury my out-of-pocket fees would be too high for me to pay for my treatment.

Now that they have gotten rid of the two women out front who were not friendly or courteous or cared about the patients at all. I am happy to say it has been a much nicer atmosphere to see my provider.
