The reception area was clean and welcoming. The appointment started on time. This was a new patient visit with Dr. McQuade, and he couldn't have been nicer and attentive to my medical history.

EVERYTHING, is amazing there, as soon as you walk in people are friendly and helpful. Get in the back and everyone is great from the PA to The DR. it is very calming. The lab person is great too. He helps you feel relaxed. Thank you so much

The receptionists are friendly and knowledgeable. My doctor is exceptionally caring and makes sure to address all my concerns. He cares how you feel and treats you with the upmost respect . If you need a doctor there I would recommend my doctor highly and his name is Dr Joseph McQuade.

Dr McQuade is totally awesome and Michelle that use to work at the front desk and Jane and Angie in the referral department and John that takes blood and there’s one girl that answers the phone her name begins with an A and I can’t remember it right this minute but she’s awesome too. The people I’ve mentioned here are the very reason. I thought when I lost Dr [last name] I was lost but Dr McQuade has made me feel great too.

I like everything at the Collins Road office. The front staff makes me feel welcome and checking in is easy. The back office staff is very efficient as well and do a good job getting all the information and vitals done. My favorite thing about the office is Dr. McQuade. He is a superb doctor who puts me at ease and who listens to my concerns. He has always worked me in if I had an immediate need although sometimes it is a virtual appointment. He and I are partners in my care and it just doesn't get any better than that!!! I always leave the office feeling relaxed and confident that I have been treated with the utmost respect from the entire office staff members and that I have received the best care available from Dr. Joseph McQuade.

Everything, friendly always a very pleasant greeting upon arrival. The entire staff make you feel like you matter not just as a patient, but on a personal level. As much as I hate going to the office for appoitments I never mind upon arrival.
