Front desk personnel is courteous, friendly and knowledgeable, and prompt. The medical assistants are friendly, and takes the time to understand the reason of the visit. The doctor is through as well as taking the time to go over preventative measures and next steps.

IT IS A WELL RUN OFFICE. THE CHECK IN PROCESS IS QUICK, THE STAFF ARE FRIENDLY, MY DOCTOR IS GREAT, THE WAIT TIME FOR THE LAB IS SHORT, AND I AM ALWAYS SEEN ON TIME.

They treat patients couteously and with respect and they make the whole experience a very satisfying one. Dr. McQuade is a very caring and knowledgeable doctor who is readily available whenever I need to come in or see him virtually and he promptly replies to my messages on the portal. I also appreciae that I canget my labwork done whileI am there.I love being his patient at the Collins Road Office.

Hardly any wait time. Maybe 10 minutes ant the most. Absolutely love my doctor he’s so thorough and actually goes through your test results with you I have a lot of doctors and he’s the best doctor I’ve have ever had. The nurses are polite and they actually listen to you. You’re not treated like a number. I have recommended them to everyone. I love them and never dread going to see them like I do other doctors
