Office staff was very friendly and helpful when checking in for the first time checking in. Smells so good when waling in front office. The lab techs where awesome.

The staff are friendly. I usually get called in with 15 minutes of my arrival. I appreciate having the My Baptist chart with the ability to send and receive messages from the doctors and receive feedback directly after tests or procedures.

I really like Dr. McQuade. He is very good at explaining things and has a great bedside manner. Staff emphasizes good communication and organization. Lab works well also. I like most everything about the office and everyone who works there.😁

Easy parking, friendly & efficient staff. Dr McQuade was attentive and thoroughly reviewed my medical issues history with me and advised of palliative actions.

Dr. McQuade is top notch, thorough and personable. He promptly replies to my messages on the portal. Front office and back office staff are efficient and pleasant and respectful. Yes,? Would definitely recommend. In fact, I already have several times.

Quick response, knowledgable, and very friendly staff makes for a good patient relationship. I’ve always trusted Baptist for my care. Enjoyed the virtual meet w the Dr online the other day as it saved time and travel of an office visit for just minor congestion.
