I just had my first visit with Dr. Turner and I was extreamly happy with the result. She listened to me, spent time getting to know me, and discussed my health in a caring and interested way. It is always a bit stressful when you meet a new physician wondering if you will be seen and heard, but with Dr. Turner I was comfortable and felt like I was with a professional, and in good hands. The whole staff from the front desk welcome, to Cathy, the nurse, who took my vitals, through my exam with Dr. Turner, and out the door, Collins Road Baptist Primary Care is a professional, friendly, caring team.

The staff were incredible. Friendly, compassionate, understanding and supportive. Dr. Turner is amazing. She spent quality time, was so supportive and made all the necessary referrals. She also fit me in at the last minute. Thank you all

The entire staff is helpful and pleasant and Dr. Turner is the type of doctor who makes a patient feel like she really cares about their health. So glad I found Dr. Turner and her staff for my health care needs.

Dr. Turner and the staff were so kind and accommodating. I haven’t been to a primary care physician in many years and my worries were immediately put aside due to the amazing generosity I received at this facility.

There's never a long wait, I always feel like I'm taken back quickly. The phlebotomists are great. Dr. Turner, who I met for the first time, was very nice, professional and helpful. I've been coming since 2010 and continue to come even though I've moved into Orange Park.

We moved here from another state and everyone has been very helpful and friendly in helping me navigate the system. The office was very clean and the staff was attentive. Dr. Turner took her time and genuinely listened and we were able to have a nice conversation without me feeling rushed or my matters weren't important.

Dr April Turner is great..ordered labs for my sister and I was told to take her to the ER with an extreme low hgb..she was admitted I am so grateful for her immediate care in this situation..my sister loves her and her nurse Kathy…
