The technology. I appreciate having an online chart and access to records, messaging, etc. I appreciate the ease with making an appointment, the onsite lab/x-ray and it is close to home. I have been impressed with the providers. I found the PA, Karen N. to be very knowledgeable, personable and I feel like she really heard me. She listened and reflected back to me and she validated my feelings about my health struggles. I am VERY happy that I switched to your practice as my PCP.

I was promptly scheduled to see a nurse practitioner who after examination, prescribed cold medication. I now feel somewhat better and hope that coughing and sneezing go away soon after I finish the prescribed medication.

Absolutely everything!! Karen Nolin is a compassionate and knowledgeable physician. She always goes above and beyond to provide excellent care. Every nurse assistant is amazing. All of the administrative staff are professional and freindly. I consistently receive excellent care and timely communicates from the office. I consider myself very fortunate to have the opportunity to receive my medical care from this office. This is more than a well oiled machine. It is collaboration of people that provide exemplary health care day in and day out. This office is the PERFECT model for all health care facilities.

I was greeted well and professional, waiting room was clean, didn't wait long to be called to my room, the practioner was kind and RN was great informing me my concerns and ordered the tests needed. My bloodwork their a week prior was great too!
