I always feel my health and reason for my appointment will be handled by the doctor and nurse in a caring and professional manner. I always bring a list of my medical issue questions and the doctor or nurse always answer them for me. I feel like my health is their main concern and they always put me at ease.

The technology. I appreciate having an online chart and access to records, messaging, etc. I appreciate the ease with making an appointment, the onsite lab/x-ray and it is close to home. I have been impressed with the providers. I found the PA, Karen N. to be very knowledgeable, personable and I feel like she really heard me. She listened and reflected back to me and she validated my feelings about my health struggles. I am VERY happy that I switched to your practice as my PCP.
