Staff were very welcoming when I checked in. Dr. O'steen explained the PET scan results very clearly. She was extremely gentle and concerned with my comfort during the PAP exam.

As always, I praise the professionalism and caring friendliness of everyone there. The receptionists checking you in, the asst. nurses taking vitals, the PA and MD, All are so caring, making sure one is comfortable, taking plenty of time to answer all questions.
I always say I am getting the best possible care at MD Anderson. Dr. Anderson in Radiology is wonderful.

Dr. Olson and Dr. [last name] and their teams were superb!! Everyone from the receptionists to the doctors were excellent. I don't know how Lisa stays on top of things so well!!! She always got back to us really quick when we needed something. Jennifer was super positive and always answered all our questions. We had several appointments with Patrick, and he was awesome. We loved his positivity, and the information he shared with us was very helpful. Dr. [last name] was a force to be reckoned with when Michael was in the hospital. We love his energy! Hinda was awesome as well and gave me (Suzanne) a hug when we were finished. Her empathy with what we were going through was very touching. Dr. Olson is a true gem and went above and beyond for us. Truly, everyone in the building that we came across was so helpful and positive. We are grateful for such good care we received and for all everyone did for us during such a difficult time for us and our family.
