Radiation team is really great!! All the staff in the team are very friendly and welcoming. Jennifer and the other gentleman with her were totally amazing during my radiation treatment!! They were very kind and accommodative. Dr. Shah is amazing! He takes his time in discussing and clarifying the concerns. I’m totally happy with this team!!

Met the team on Radiology and specifically Dr. Shah at MD Anderson Baptist Fleming. He is so knowledgeable, professional, warm and kind. He took his time explaining all my options. Not rushing us towards any decision and answered all the questions in that moment. He was polite even when he had to take other calls or updates on his other patients. We did not mind at all because we understood I was not the only patient. His presentation and flexible yet efficient dispersement of the condition, facts, outcomes, and delivery methods were well explained to our civilian ears. When the data became over whelming, he was perceptive enough to pause and hand me some tissue. I understand it is a hard job to have and appreciate that he did not treat me like cattle but a real live human being. I have some time to ask questions and to meet the Oncologist and revisit with my breast surgeon and plastics dept before moving forward with the information he gave. Staff, nurses and team have been wonderful every single appointment.

While on my way to my appointment I began feeling ill. Since I was closer to the office then home, I went in person to reschedule. When I arrived the office staff went of their way to comfort me and showed me so much kindness and empathy. Not once did anyone make me feel uncomfortable.

The whole staff is very friendly and helpful with any questions I had. From the time you walk in the door until the time you leave. They make you feel at ease before and after any test or procedure. They explain everything about how the procedure will be handled and what to expect, and even the after care, if any.

They spent time with me to clearly explain the results of my biopsy and test results and what my treatment options were. The doctor continued to meet with me weekly as I was receiving radiation treatments to monitor any side effects I was experiencing. The last follow up appointment (6 months) indicates the treatment plan was successful at curing my cancer.

Dr Shah and Gina are so kind and compassionate. Ms [last name] is also kind and compassionate combined with a very outgoing personality touched with humor. As a nurse, I find them to be a perfect team who provide excellent care. As a patient with intimate knowledge of how healthcare should be provided I can say my experience here has been excellent!

I never had radiation treatment so I was nervous and apprehensive but after my very first treatment, my nerves were put to rest. I cannot say enough about personnel who made me feel relaxed and positive toward each treatment. This was a very positive experience! Thank each of you!!!
