Dr. Kovaleva spent as much time as was necessary. She listened very closely to what I said and responded with detailed explanations and even added some physical "tests" (push, pull strength, finger/hand/arm/leg strength, etc) based on my medical history. She even spent time helping me find an appropriate brace for my ulner nerve issue.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
It was one of the best, if not the best, doctor appointments I've had all year.

Dr turkey was very good easy to understand and explained the MRI and my concerns were eased about Parkinson's and neuropathy and future planning.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
If the doctor reviewed my medication and issues prior to the visit. He did not even mention my main medication until he was pushing me out the door. Asking if I was still taking it and make sure I keep taking it that’s it is important. Well that is information I already knew but you just prescribed me a medication that I don’t feel safe taking given it was prescribed prior to the doctor even knowing what medication I am already on. Definitely will not see this so called doctor again!

Dr. Acharya and may I add, I was sent from 2 doctor's office to Barnes E.R. They could not arrive at a diagnosis for something with balance and cognitive problems. I messaged Dr.A and he worked me in in very short order. He has been there for me.

The first girl to help us was very nice to me.Then Tanya was extremely nice and personable with me. I felt like she really was trying to help me.

Dr. K is hands-down the best physician I have ever had the pleasure of seeing. She is VERY informative and offered options. She values my feelings towards treatment options. She took a concern I had from a visit previously (not with her) & she was genuinely concerned. She was going to address it. The Botox injections did not hurt this time. Adore her! Heather was amazing and very friendly. She was very thorough.
