My visit was outstanding. The Dr. Was very attentive to my concerns. He was kind, polite and very knowlegeable. He focused on my concerns and came up with an excellent plan. He went above and beyond expectations.

Dr. Turpin was great. A little slow in the beginning but was he was just listening to me about my symptoms. After listening we came up with a game plan.

What else would you like to say about your experience?
The neurologist was rude, unfriendly, didn’t at all listen and was dismissive of what I said. I was explaining a concern of visual facial changes I had noticed over the last 6 months to a year, along with sensation changes. I couldn’t even finish what I was saying. And wouldn’t even look at side by side photos I had that showed exactly what I was talking about. I also told him of the multiple types of migraines that are more frequent and troublesome and he didn’t seem to have any concern or ask questions.

First time visit, treated very well and respected by all the staff from front desk on entering,to Doctors nurse and Dr. Turpin.
Everything went well.

This was my first time to see Dr. Turpin. After checking my reflexes he never said a word. There was NO suggestions of anything I could do to relieve the pain. He made a few comments on his dctiaphone, then got up and left the room without any discussions, suggestions, or helpful advice.

Dr. Turpin is a great doctor. I enjoy coming to his office and it's a great experience and he's really helped me out a lot as far as with my headaches and just listening to me what I have to say.

Dr had terrible bedside manner. I had to ask him to explain things to me rather than he do it himself.

From the moment Dr. Turpin walked in the room, I got the distinct feeling my being there was an inconvenience. He did not seem to have an ounce of compassion for me. I have never been made to feel so belittled and dismissed in my whole life. Overall, I walked out of that office completely discouraged.

I live in Arnold,MO, but will not change to a different neurologist for convenience. I have been a patient for twelve years.

I’m not switching doctors because mine has been with me from the very beginning. He’s known me since I was diagnosed with aphasia. My neurologist understands that after completing physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy—and after losing my husband—my speech and judgment worsened. Still, he always reminds me, 'Look at the struggles I’ve faced and the progress I’ve made since then.' There are still doctors who genuinely care about their patients, not just about profit. When he sees me upset, it deeply affects him, too. That’s how long he’s been part of my life and how much he cares.

Dr. Turpin is one of my 3 favorite physicians. He is a wonderfully humble, kind, thorough and presents the best “bedside” manner. I feel Blessed to have been under his care for 5-6 years now I believe . Staff is very kind, supportive and most helpful! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars!!

The service all around was excellent, very professional. I don't understand the human body, but I understood my problem with my brain and the damages done to it. The doctor was incredible, very informative, showed me pictures and images on the screen and made me aware of what was wrong and told me the treatment program. Very satisfied with this facility and the doctor was incredibly excellent. Thank you very much.

Dr Turpin is always kind, compassionate and caring! He a great listener and always seeks clarification if he cannot understand me. He also includes my wife in discussing my Parkinson’s disease diagnosis and symptoms and in recommending ideas for other treatments going forward! He is not pushy and is very patient !
