Give Dr. Turpin some lessons as to how to treat patients. He clearly wanted no part of us and he didn’t want to answer questions. Very very disappointing.

I wasn’t scolded about what to do. I felt empathy and that helped get the message heard by me better.

It would help if the Dr. could relax more and using the microphone to. Make your notes makes me feel like you’re not listening to me. Dr. and patient relationship are two way street .

Dr turpin's nurse is amazing and his medical student following him was great as well. I liked how he listened to what I had to say and asked questions. He was also personable and will make a great doctor. I love the staff as well.

All of the staff were very kind and respectful. Dr Turpin and his colleagues were extremely helpful and supportive.

The staff were wonderful, extremely friendly and helpful. The office projected a bright and welcoming atmosphere.

Dr Turpin is always extraordinary with his time and patience in answering any questions I or my husband have. His bedside manner is excellent and doesn’t make me feel rushed and listens to all my concerns.

Dr Turpin listens carefully to what I say and always ask appropriate questions. He offers solutions and suggestions if his original treatment plan doesn’t work as he hopes. He also gave me a clear understanding of when to follow up. Dr Turpin is an excellent doctor.

I have very complex medical problems and Dr Turpin is very understanding and helpful, instead of how some drs are just “you’re too complicated I’m just going to ignore that entire mess.” Dr Turpin has always shown compassion and concern and worked hard to get referrals for me, tests done. I’d give him the highest recommendation, and even though I moved 45 minutes from his office, I’ll do the drive because he is worth it!

From the front desk to the Tech that gave me the test to Dr Turpin everyone was friendly n professional. All of them answered my questions, heard n responded to what I had to say and gave me helpful feedback.
