Dr Rai was compassionate, intelligent and understanding. I have multiple medical issues going on and he took them all into consideration and treated me as a whole person

Dr. Ria has reassured me about my care plan. I have delt with alot of medical problems poorly and he is helping get everything sorted.

Everyone was helpful and listened to my concerns. They referred me to the proper resource and the problem I was having with my equipment was corrected.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Rai always takes time to talk to me. He remembers things that we discuss such as my job and even little things such as me not liking to shake hands for sanitation reasons. Dr. Rai has a good bedside manner and I am proud to have him as my neurologist.

Overall the entire staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Rei is THE BEST. I wish all my doctors were as caring, responsive, and communicative as he is.
