Dr. Rai has always made me feel like we are a team, like 50/50. Even if I’m at the doctors office to see other doctor, Dr. Rai will still greet me by my name. I was a manager for 15 years and sometimes to greet somebody with their name cheered their whole day.

Everyone was very helpful and attentive to my care and what needed to be done. The sleep study aid was super during my sleep test. Dr Rai was also very concerned and very involved in setting up a plan to address the problem.

Dr Rai is extremely good. I have been seeing him for a number of years and I trust him with my life. I've always doctor with BJC and if my doctor needs to go to another facility I have never followed them I just take a new. BJC doctor. However, if Dr Rai ever leaves BJC, I will follow him wherever he may go.

I normally do not answer calls at appointments but received a call from the courthouse regarding a very important case. The doctor walked in and immediately told me he would give me a few minutes and come back. I appreciated his effort of being open minded to the idea that I wasn't trying to be disrespectful of his time.
