Dr. Rai is the best doctor I see. He listens carefully. He questions your comments. He is very empathetic and wants to work with you to solve your problems. I highly recommend him to everyone.

Everyone in this office is very, very nice and as far as I'm concerned, you just don't get a better doctor than Dr. Rai. He is very compassionate, very knowledgeable, and very personable. I absolutely love him.

Dr Rai is a wonderfully caring MD. He is also top notch as a Neuro/sleep Dr. All the staff were very nice and had answers for my questions. I am very pleased with Dr Rai and his staff, I had no question go unanswered.

Dr. Rai is my favorite doctor! He truly cares about me and my health. He listens and I know he has my best interest at heart. Moving to BJC was definitely the right decision for me.

Yes, I really, we appreciated Dr. Rai and looking forward to what can be done. He was quick. The staff is always so friendly. You're in and out. Dr. Rai has just really made our life so much easier being able to diagnose my mom.

The entire staff there was very professional. Dr. Rai has treated me with nothing but the utmost respect, nothing but professional care. I would recommend him to anybody that was having issues in this category of sleep apnea or any other issue. Dr. Rai is a very, like I said, professional and dependable doctor and I would trust him with my life and I thank God for him.

What else would you like to say about your experience?
I like Dr. Ray. I think he is a wonderful provider. He has given me consistent care throughout the time that I have seen him. He builds rapport easily with his patients. He has a very easy manner and he explains everything on a level I can understand without treating me like I'm a kindergartner. I appreciate him and I would recommend him to anyone needing sleep medicine or neurological care. Thank you very much.

Dr Rai and his staff are always considerate and very pleasant and professional. He has consistently answered all my concerns with through and understandable messaging, as well as compassion. One of my best doctors whom I have so much confidence in, he is definitely passionate about sleep disorders and impresses me with how he keeps up with changes in his field. High;y recommend Dr Rai!

Dr. Rai and staff are all very welcoming. They are efficient and explain what they are doing or need.
Dr. Rai reviews all the notes in my chart before my visit and notes what’s going on with my medical history even when it doesn’t pertain to my sleep apnea. He makes his patients feel cherished. That’s a rare quality for a physician!

I have been a patient of general and specialist care in both Illinois and St. Louis. Dr. Rai’s office is the most organized, responsive and well-managed offices that I have ever worked with. Dr. Rai is remarkably attentive, proactive and superb in his field. His standard of care and prioritization of the human over patient is apparent in the conduct, positive attitude, humor and compassion of every staff member in the office!
