The doctor came in, didn’t introduce himself just started reading off the notes and saying what I should do. did not give me a chance to voice my opinion to state what I was going through talk very sarcastic and when he was finish just walked out of the room had me waiting

I really like Dr. Thu and his office. Dr. Thu has impressed me so much. He is now my husband's doctor also. We both just think the world of this man. He is, he explains everything to us in great detail. He listens to me when I tell him I have some issues and what should I do. This man is just wonderful and I think it really reflects because his office staff are just so nice. Everybody is just wonderful in that office. I really can't say enough

I was extremely pleased with the level of care that I received in the office from the front desk staff member, the nurse, and the doctor. The doctor was one of the most thorough and kind and genuinely caring physicians I've seen in years. And I believe your organization is lucky to have him.

I am impressed by Dr. Thu. His knowledge as a neurologist is excellent. His manner is gentle and attentive.

I waited 6 months for an appointment that lasted maybe 10 minutes. I was not listened to and was condescended. This was the worst medical experience I have ever had, hands down.

Dr. Thu answered all my questions and explained my scan results to where I could understand clearly. Giving advice on things I can do to help my tremors and seemed genuinely interested in my concerns.

No problems. Original appointment was 4 months out. Staff was very helpful to get me in now with a cancellation. Really appreciated their helpfulness.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
If the doctor reviewed my medication and issues prior to the visit. He did not even mention my main medication until he was pushing me out the door. Asking if I was still taking it and make sure I keep taking it that’s it is important. Well that is information I already knew but you just prescribed me a medication that I don’t feel safe taking given it was prescribed prior to the doctor even knowing what medication I am already on. Definitely will not see this so called doctor again!
