Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Kovaleva is an excellent doctor. We need more doctors like her. She listens to you, ask questions about your symptoms, explains everything well, and discusses medicine options.. Also she goes slowly on giving you medicine instead of just pushing a bunch of pills at you. She really tries to figure out the root cause of the problem and help you to feel better.

Dr Kovaleva is a very thorough, kind and knowledgeable physician. As a 72 y.o. RN, I have worked with and been treated by many physicians and Dr Kovaleva is definitely in the top 3!!
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Nothing really.

Dr. K was so understanding when I explained my stress and took the time to help calm me down from crying. She didn't make me feel like I was a nuisance. She did my Botox wonderfully. The MAs that roomed me and checked me out were very sweet

Dr Kovaleva has an excellent patient rapport, was very clear and precise in her recommendations and was very proactive. I’m really impressed with her knowledge and I am very confident in her ability to provide me with the care and treatment I may need.
