I like how Dr. Kovaleva listens to you and has time for you and does not seem to be in a rush, even though she probably is. She really takes the time to listen and makes you feel heard. She does a great job. She explains things really well and thoroughly.

When our family met with Dr. K, her attention to detail and time spent with us was absolutely amazing and we would highly recommend her at any time.

Felt very comfortable and at ease It was very nice to hear Dr. Kovaleva talk about what meds can do and go in depth with epilepsy its interesting and makes you just listen to her

I thought they were quite impressive. I sat down with the doctor for a longest time and she asked me all the questions she could get me to the right place and have the right test. I've never seen anything like it. And I was quite impressed and yes, I would recommend her service.

Dr. Kovaleva is an outstanding neurologist who truly listens and takes time to explain everything clearly. Compassionate throughout every visit. I highly recommend Kovaleva to anyone looking for excellent neurological care.

I was very impressed with the doctor. She's a new doctor for me, but she certainly listened and tried to get at what the problem was and how to improve the situation. I thought everyone that dealt with me in the office was quite good. I would recommend them strongly.

Dr. K was extremely focused on finding the best care for myself and very thorough going through lots of information, images, doctor's notes, etc., in order to find the best possible solution for my issues. She was sympathetic, she was kind, compassionate, and I highly recommend her. She was amazing.

The time waiting after appointment time until appointment starts is always frustrating because like most of us I have too much to do and not enough time to get things done. I was nervous to switch gears and snswerbrnails or anything because I didn’t want to lose the telehealth connection.

Dr. Kovaleva spent as much time as was necessary. She listened very closely to what I said and responded with detailed explanations and even added some physical "tests" (push, pull strength, finger/hand/arm/leg strength, etc) based on my medical history. She even spent time helping me find an appropriate brace for my ulner nerve issue.

It was one of the best, if not the best, doctor appointments I've had all year.

Dr. K is hands-down the best physician I have ever had the pleasure of seeing. She is VERY informative and offered options. She values my feelings towards treatment options. She took a concern I had from a visit previously (not with her) & she was genuinely concerned. She was going to address it. The Botox injections did not hurt this time. Adore her! Heather was amazing and very friendly. She was very thorough.
