I like the attitudes of its employees! Everywhere in the buildings I have been in at Baptist Clay and Baptist South, the staff members have simply been excellent! First they are professional. Then they are simply pleasant to have them helping me. They get done what I need to have done. Honestly, I feel like they enjoy their jobs! I feel more relaxed and confident around them. There have been a few bumps, but nothing that has upset me.
Separately, the emergency rooms are excellent. Everyone seems to know exactly what their responsibilities are and staff are confident to do the jobs they are assigned. They keep up with everything going on and keep me informed. The doctors are top notch as are the nurses.

Everyone is friendly, they answer your questions, and somehow the majority treat you like theyâve known you for quite a while.
I canât say enough about the RN, Peter that I dealt with for my brief stay in the cardiac north unit.
He has an ability to make you feel like youâre the only patient he has.
I donât mean that to take away from the rest of the staff that weâre all wonderful from the time I checked in until I checked out.
