The Doctor was very thorough with explaining my child's new diagnosis. She answered my questions without ever making me feel rushed. She even placed a new referral quickly and explained next steps. Excellent experience all the way around. Thank you Baptist!

The team has been amazing. Very caring and understanding. When we have needed help they answered messages quickly and professional. We have worked with the IOP team, the bridge team as well as the long term team. Every member is amazing.

Adolescent Psych office is always prompt in returning calls. The accommodate with appointments that work for you and are always patient and kind. Dr Emmert is adept at understanding the issues of my son and is right on top of his medications.

The staff at check in and check out are so kind bad Dr Sims is the best doctor. She has always been there for my boys! I am so grateful to this office! One more thing, whenever I have called to ask a question or for the staff to ask Dr Sims a question, the staff has always acted with a sense of urgency on my behalf and has always been able to get an answer or solve my problem within 24 hours or less!
