Scheduling appointments is so easy and Dr Sims, she’s the best! She genuinely cares for her patients and is quick to reply to messages in the portal. She values input from parents and works with families to create a better life balance for everyone. We’ll be forever grateful to be part of the Baptist family and how Dr Sims has helped our daughter!

I was welcomed by two young men at the front desk, they were very professional. I didn't have to wait long and met with my therapist. Dr. Vangundy made me feel welcomed and offered me something to drink. The session was great and I felt comfortable talking with her and look forward to speaking with her in the future.

The Doctor was very thorough with explaining my child's new diagnosis. She answered my questions without ever making me feel rushed. She even placed a new referral quickly and explained next steps. Excellent experience all the way around. Thank you Baptist!

The team has been amazing. Very caring and understanding. When we have needed help they answered messages quickly and professional. We have worked with the IOP team, the bridge team as well as the long term team. Every member is amazing.

We love Dr. Stephanie Sims. She is an exceptional provider and we value her expertise in the behavioral management of both of our sons. Adolescent Psych office is always prompt in returning calls. The accommodate with appointments that work for you and are always patient and kind. Dr Emmert is adept at understanding the issues of my son and is right on top of his medications.
