I'm frustrated that I started this long ago to get it done during summer as my son has some real anxiety over missing school. I was frustrated waiting so long for the intake with the doctor (who was nice but also I'm not sure the next appointment couldnt have been scheduled back when I made the appointment for the intake. Now I'm told I can't have the. appointments that my son needs to be there for until late September which I fear will make him so stressed he won't be as cooperative for the appointment and we may not get the clarity I am looking for. Honestly I'm reaching out to other places as I really am worried about this.

We had a neurological testing for my 17yo with anxiety and the interpretation was really unprofessional. It seemed as if the psychologist was doing it as we were sitting there. She didn't seem to have any knowledge of my daughters medical history, diagnosis or present issues, even though we have seen a clinician in the practice and all the info was given to both of them previously. We waited 9 mos to have this and paid $1600 out of pocket. It was incredibly frustrating and a complete waste of time. I'm a clinician and would never give someone that type of experience and expect them to pay out of pocket. I will not be recommending this service to anyone.

My Dr was really nice and understanding of all of my concerns about the testing and was very kind in explaining the process to me. Also the front desk staff was absolutely amazing and so kind and fun to interact with they really made me feel welcome and less nervous! Plus there was fun colorful seating with was fun looking but the colors weren't to overwhelming to look at and the lights weren't too bright either which I really appreciate. Pretty good experience looking forward to continuing the process!
