More availability. First time I called my appointment was going to be for February of 2025. I called in March 2024 for an appointment. My son needs to be seen sooner than later. We got an appointment but now the follow ups are months out. It would be nice to have more doctors and counselors to help with this.

They are very profeasional and met all of my needs while I was in patient. Definately recommend for others in need.

As a patient I feel like I am actually being heard and not just put through the motions. Its been very beneficial to my recovery process even with hitting snags along the way. I have a lot of experienece with therapists and to be fully honest this is the first one I have ever actually liked. I would definately recommend for other patients in need!

Mrs. Vicky is very attentive to her patients and parents and goes the extra mile. She even gives me words of encouragement as a parent that helps me keep pushing through my own personal battles. I had recently injured myself and I'm on a scooter. Well during my son's session the sky was about to drop out. Mrs. Vicky came out and told me to head to the car so I wouldn't have to struggle with rain and putting my scooter in the car. I did, and she brought my child downstairs after the session and she even made sure he didn't get wet. Well that day I felt mentally and physically drained and her act of kindness on that day was exactly what I needed.I'm so glad I found her. Also the front desk personnel is awesome at the check in/appointment process.

It is very difficult to get an appt. Our daughter needs to be seen more often then every 4 weeks.

Patients cannot communicate with providers through a patient portal. Providers cannot make an appointment on their own schedule. Patients are limited to 4 appointments but it is difficult to get an appointment so these appointments are spread out over months. A concentrated appointment schedule is not available even if recommended. It just feels like turning a ship which is never nimble or quick. Nemours does not have this business model and a lot of these issues are not a problem.

The staff is so kind to my daughter and they work very hard to engage her and make her comfortable from the moment she walks in. Vicki Van Gundy is her therapist and she is awesome. She is down to earth and has already accomplished the difficult task of connecting with my daughter. My only complaint is that I wish appointments were more readily available but I know that WCH is doing their best to serve all of the kids who need help and we appreciate it so much!

We really like Vicki Vangundy. Our only concern is the difficulty in getting appointments. There just aren't enough therapists to see all the kids. But hands down Wolfson Behavioral health and the therapists are the only ones we would trust with our child.
