Every single person is a pro. Competent, respectful, thoughtful. Behavior health is a sensitive subject, and can be emotionally taxing for all involved. I have appreciated every single person and how they approached our situation.

All of the staff we interact with are amazing from check in to checking out. They made an effort early on to get to know my kid and they interact on a very personable level with her each time we visit. Additionally, Dr Sims has been my daughter's doctor since September of 2021 and was the only provider we encountered from hospital stays and beyond to correctly diagnose and now treat. She goes above and beyond and has worked with every other specialist we've needed, including our out of state team at Duke.
