It’s it’s very nice very well kept spacious could easily get lost there, but I managed to get around. I liked it and the staff staff was great. Have a couple more appointments this week and after, but I enjoy coming to your office very pleasant.

I want to take a moment to acknowledge the kindness and professionalism of the staff at the front counter at Baptist Behavioral Health. Their friendly presence makes a real difference each time I walk in. I also deeply appreciate my counselor and APRN—they genuinely listen to what I’m going through, and I listen to them as well. That mutual respect means a lot. It took courage for me, as the patient, to ask for help. I did, and now I’m receiving the support I need to begin feeling better about myself.

"Dr. Ov" is by far the best mental health provider I have worked with in regards to medication management in the roughly 20 or so years I have needed treatment. He explains EVERY medication not just what it is but why I'm taking it and how it interacts with other medications. Even when he's running behind, he never makes me feel rushed or that he doesn't have the time for me. I am grateful for his care.
