The Bridge program was a really great option for me for therapy, and they placed me with a therapist who they thought would fit best for me based on my needs. Meghan was so compassionate and empowering in her approach, which is exactly what I needed. She helped get me set up for further therapy with a long-term therapist, after we realized I would need long-term therapy.
