The Practitioners are knowledgeable, and also very caring . Our practitioner listens to my daughter and really hears her and looks out for her whole well-being.. We love her !

My appointment was about 45 minutes long. It was a very thorough appointment. I received a dx that was much more fitting than the dx that I had been given in 2008. No other psychiatrist had ever given me such a thorough examination before. I really respect Dr Cruceru. He also got me scheduled with a therapist for counseling. I just can’t say enough good things about him. I’m so happy!!

The provider was very patient, understanding and thorough. He didn't get upset or irritated when my toddlers were being noisy and disruptive in the background during the telemedicine visit. He waited for my answers when I took a moment to think about his questions. He was very kind and overall pleasant.

Currently, I am being seen by Richelle Walter, APRN and I believe I am getting the best psychiatric treatment from her. I believe she cares about my mental health. She asked pertinent questions during my appointments, and she asked that I keep her informed about my condition. I highly recommend Richelle Walter, APRN.

Top tier in client support for behavioral therapy, each individual, especially Dr. Crews goes above and beyond for patients. My little guy most recently was petrified getting onto the elevator, once again Dr. Crews came to the rescue, held his hand and did not leave until she saw him build up the courage to leave. Thank you for making every appointment easier.

Dad enjoyed his stay and speaks about it from time to time.
He enjoyed nurses and doctors coming in all day and evening to make sure you was taken care of.
Now with follow up virtual appointments, that is always go, especially since his mobility and energy level is limited.

The staff are friendly and the Primary care Physicians and Specialists know what they’re doing. They’ve helped me out and are currently helping me out now with sensitive medication help, something I don’t think I could’ve ever found if I didn’t goto Baptist. Basically, saving my life and giving me a new lease on life. The Bridge program is the best thing to happen to me in a medical context. I’ve had the roughest past 7 years of my life and I’ve lost many friends including my best friend of 22 years. Panic attacks were making it impossible to work and the medical issue I have now basically keeps me in a chronic fatigued and constantly forgetting things and possibly lowering my IQ but it was my Bridge program APRN who figured out what was wrong with me and with further testing they found out what’s causing it. I might have never figured this out since I’m in a constant brain fog. Everyone I’ve had the pleasure of talking to or being treated by has been miracle worker, so to speak, and it’s been a privilege and a pleasure to be under Baptist care.
