My Psych. Prescriber is Richelle Walter, APRN. From the very beginning when she came to get me in the waiting room to walking me out Ms. Walter was very polite and professional. She also answered my questions to my satisfaction.

The facility was clean & seating comfortable, receptionist professional & friendly and Psychiatrist (H. Moody) was excellent! She was professional, had compassion and listened with great care to my uncle as he shared his thoughts & concerns. She, also, included me in the conversation when needed & allowed me to share.

Best customer service I have ever received. Warm welcome. Ask for your need and address it quickly and efficiently. Definitely recommend this place to everyone. I spend half of time I usually spend when I go to other facilities for almost same thing. All issues were well addressed.
