I enjoy the virtual meetings and not having to take time off of work to go for the meetings. Everyone has been very helpful, caring and understanding. Plus I feel comfortable talking with your staff. For that I thank you and them.

It took 19 days for my first bridge appointment, and that was a basic intake only (which could've been done much, much sooner. I'm not scheduled for another appointment for 3 weeks, so we're looking at 5 to 6 weeks for actual therapy. Respectfully, because I don't pretend to know all the health care jargon, but I didn't see any note about autism or how CBT is not appropriate for someone with chronic debilitating pain. I specifically only will work from a humanistic therapeutic perspective (because, for 1 example, you can't mindfully remove actual disabilities or real pain from the body'no more than I could physically move a mountain with my mind). It feels all disconnected and disingenuous if true after care is the goal. Respectful to the physician assigned to me because she's just doing her job as well as she can.
