One of the staff members was sleep at the front desk. She looked up and went right back to sleep. If she was in break she should have left the front. I think it was very unprofessional. Another staff member had her phone out and mounted watching a movie. The counselor was so booked that I had to wait 3 months just to get that appointment. And to come in and see staff bored with little work, and unpleasant attitudes, was not welcoming.
