That I was able to see my Dr online. Didn't have to go downtown and look for a parking spot for over 30 minutes.

The facility?? Frankly the Pavilion building looks like a concrete brutalist building from the Soviet Union era!! HAHA. but I just gotta love it for that! :-)

Have not been to facility but did virtual sessions. Staff is fantastic Dorie is wonderful!! Very easy to talk to and able to lead the conversation, sessions in the direction of exactly where I see I needed to be and allow me to see where I needed to focus to improve.

The Bridge facility is always clean and inviting. The staff is friendly and the counselor makes me feel safe and comfortable.

Dorie is the 1st therapist I have seen who actually listens to me and lets the sessions evolve as the conversation does. I feel that I can say something and she will not judge me. I wish I could continue seeing her as I finally feel like I am addressing my issues thanks to Dorie.

Dorie Hanson is wonderful. I could not ask for a more compassionate person and listener. I facility has been very responsive and it has been easy to communicate with the support staff and scheduling . They even contact me after hours the first time.

Appointments were easy to set up, once enrolled in the program. Copays were easy to make and from the service providers to the billing and scheduling departments, everyone was extremely helpful and kind.
