Everybody from the Greeter to the front desk, to the nurses and Dr. Kinman were all great! They were all super compassionate, attentive, and were super friendly and welcoming. This was my first doctors appointment since moving down to the Jacksonville area, and it was an overall great experience.

Dr. Kinman and his staff are knowledgeable, professional, compassionate, and friendly. Dr. Kinman answers all questions thoroughly and clearly explains all alternatives for treating conditions and symptoms. I consider myself very lucky to have Dr. Kinman as my primary care physician.

First person that I met at the door, is ABSOLUTELY wonderful. The ladies at the front desk were friendly. The medical assistant for Dr. Kinman is always WONDERFUL!!!!! Then there is Dr. Kinman, himself, who is so personal and AMAZING!!! I don't know what else to say at this time, keep up the GREAT work.

The entire office staff is very friendly and efficient. I have never had a problem with this office. Marilyn, checks you in as soon as you walk through the door and she is so helpful and a great asset. The front desk staff always help me with any issue I might have and the wait times are less than 5 minutes The checkout staff always make sure I am satisfied with my visit. I especially like having lab work done at this facility. What a great feature. The lab technicians are excellent and they avoid all the normal troubles that I have with going to a Quest lab. Finally, my primary care physician is Dr. Kinman. He is the best doctor I've ever had!! I can't say enough about him. He is both caring and efficient. He knows how to work with the "computer" side of medicine and achieves excellent results for me, the patient.
