The office staff is very friendly and so are the nurses and doctors. I am always greeted promptly and I rarely have to wait. I feel heard and not rushed when I am seen. My concerns are taken care of and I am satisfied when I leave.

You all are lovely people, and sincerely seem to care about your patients. You try to help in any way you can, whether it be connecting a patient to someone else who could be of better assistance, or helping with the process of getting established as a new patient. The doctors are super nice, the nurses are kind, the CMA's are very helpful, and the administrative staff and all other staff help their patient's quality of life and quality of care stay amazing. Thank you!

I had a great appointment with Leah Sutton, APRN. She was very attentive throughout my appointment. She took the time to truly listen and understand my concerns. I didn’t feel like my appointment was rushed. She was very thorough in her assessment and developing a plan of care with me. She responds to messages and reports lab results back promptly. Leah is very friendly, respectful, compassionate, and professional.

From scheduling to checking in, to getting vitals from a very pleasant MA, my visit was efficient, and timely. I love the attention to detail that APRN, Leah S. provided. She asked questions, gave me advice, and she listened to my concerns.

Great experience from check in (employee that checked me in outside of the office before I even went through the office doors was extremely polite, kind and professional) and everyone else (including the technician that did blood work). I hope the insurance debacle between Baptist and Blue Cross is resolved because it would be a huge disappointment to have to change doctors. Teledoc call with Leah was also very smooth and professional. Great experience with this doctor's office all the way around. Thank you!

Everyone was extremely friendly and sensitive, very attune to your needs! As someone with illness that's sensitive to talk about, I was made to feel comfortable by the practitioner Leah, she was amazing! The front desk personnel is very knowledgeable and friendly as well. I???d recommend this location to anyone needing a PCP!

Very friendly and helpful front desk associates. The Doctors are friendly, understanding, thorough, compassionate and are flexible with appointments either in person or with telehealth. They communicate well and in a timely manner using the chat feature in the my Baptist App. Appointments are easy to make, they typically have availability within 1-2 days and have made a same day telehealth appointment for me when I was very sick, making sure I had all the medication needed and followed up with me during recovery. I am moving out of state, and they have been such a help getting some medical forms completed quickly to make my transition seamless.
