It’s well kept and the staff is friendly. The waiting room is a great size as well. Jamie was so great and thorough with my visit. And the lab tech (Amoi) (pronounced uh-moy) was so great. Like the best person I have had that has had to take my blood because I am nervous around needles. I am unsure how to spell her name but she made my experience so pleasant.

I did a Tele visit and it was awesome. The PA assisting me was outstanding and very knowledgeable and listen to my concerns.

I found it quite refreshing to have a healthcare provider spend more than 15 mins with me asking questions, gathering data, as well as listening to my medical concerns. ARNP Zernicke was very intentional regarding his approach. He did a great job listening, while also addressing my healthcare needs. Great service!

My visit on 10 April 25 was very efficient. Check-in was easy. I didn’t wait more than 15 minutes to see the ARPN. Appreciate the focus on time management, customer service, efficiency.

Nothing, I was very happy with my interaction with RNP Jamie Zernicke. He spent a good amount of time trying to figure out the cause of my knee problem. His advice was good, and his explanations clear. I did not have to wait long in the waiting room or exam room. All personnel were professional, polite, and helpful.
