the people!!! so far, when I walk through the door, the first person greets you with a smile and a good morning!! says I hope you have a good visit. then the front desk greets me with another good morning and a smile, ok I have you checked in, you can have a seat. my name is called, I don't wait no more than 10 minutes, I don't like waiting, at all!!! the person takes my blood pressure, temp, and blood oxygen, holds a conversation with me the entire time, very friendly, I like her!! In the room waiting on the doctor. Wait no more than ten minutes, doctor has a very, very good personality. very contactable, easy to connect to and talk to. like I said, THE PEOPLE.

The office is located in a good location and is very spacious and well lit. The staff are very helpful and happy about doing their work, very co-operative and useful. The patient information is all in the central database, I changed doctors within the network as i moved to another location; and all my information was seamlessly transferred over. The new doctor was already informed of my medical history and medications and we could carry on a patient to doctor conversation because all the information was at hand on the screen. Very good patient experience.

Every one is so polite and warming. Dr. Clark is very thorough and has an eye for details. His bedside manner is top tier. He has compassion and understanding wrapped in a thoughtful and intentional delivery of your medical needs and care. This is what I like about the office.
