Any time I have needed anything from BMC they have come through. I have been using this office since they opened.

The doctors and nurse practitioners. I've seen all of them in the past and this office is just the best! I went to see Maria this week and she is so easy to talk to and thorough. I never feel rushed and she really takes care of me. My husband and I have been coming to Dr. [last name]/Maria for a long time and we just love them. I was so happy to hear she came back!

Customer service. Chloe was very kind as she tried to find me an appointment with Maria. She could not have been more polite and courteous to me when I was not feeling well. Maria takes the best care of me too! It’s been a rough year and she has helped me through it in ways she will never fully know. I was thrilled when I heard she had returned to Dr. [last name]’s practice.

I like Maria Fernandez very much. She is very knowledgeable, very caring, and makes me feel like she genuinely cares about me and my health. My daughter and I have been going to Maria at Baptist for years and prefer to not go to anyone else but her. She is a credit to her profession.
