Every single time I've come, the staff is friendly, compassionate, and prompt. It doesn't feel like it's something that management forces, it feels like they intentionally lure people with those values. Both Kay (mammo) and Valerie (US) were gentle and loving. Carmen always greats pleasantly.

I was pleasantly surprised by my visit because I had not heard of the facility after living in Bowie for 30 years. I was explained each step of the procedure before it started. The staff was very helpful and nice. I received excellent care.
