I was pleasantly surprised by my visit because I had not heard of the facility after living in Bowie for 30 years. I was explained each step of the procedure before it started. The staff was very helpful and nice. I received excellent care.

Staff in the office, as well as the techs, were personable and compassionate. Each one made me feel that my health was a priority and they made me feel comfortable throughout the imaging procedure. I was asked numerous times during the MRI if I was okay. I was informed of how much time was left throughout the procedure. Incredibly efficient and caring people in this office.

Excellent experience. Everything right on time. I'm sorry I did not get her name, but the the front desk check-in person was the loveliest -- not only for me, but she was exceptionally warm and attentive to everyone who walked in the door. All staff here are super, including the person who initially made my appt.

The reception at Chesapeake Medical Imaging was friendly and pleasant. The 3-D imaging process was experienced and knowledgeable. I will return next year.
