Had a walk-in X-ray. The ladies at the front were extremely nice and professional. Seamless check in. 30 minutes or less for walk-in was excellent in my opinion. The X-ray technician was very pleasant and professional. Very cognizant that I was in pain and was very helpful in getting me in the proper positions for the X-rays quickly. I am very grateful for them and would recommend to all.

I went to the Bowie location and was greeted by Carmen at the front desk. She made sure I understood the procedure and confirmed the information my doctor sent. Then tech Kelly performed the doppler on both legs. She was knowledgeable, informative and empathetic to me and even allowed a break so I would be more comfortable. Thank you all for another great experience at CMI!

From the lady, Kelly I believe her name is, to the receptionist and all the technicians I saw I was treated with respect, kindness and they explained what to expect for each of my procedures. They answered all my questions clearly and left me feeling comfortable. This was at the Bowie Office and where I will go for all my tests from now on and will recommend it to anyone who requires their service.

I had an extremely positive experience with Chesapeake Medical Imaging (CMI) in Bowie, MD. The staff was extremely professional and the wait time was excellent! The technician who performed my 3D mammogram was excellent. She was so skilled, I hardly felt anything during the time images were captured. I was also happy to have the doctor, who read the images, come and greet me, then offer an explanation a non-medical professional, like myself, would understand. Thanks CMI of Bowie! I highly recommend your facility for future imaging !

All went very smoothly from entry/checkin to test and departure. Essentially no delays. Several staff people watched over me to assure my comfort. Actual test was painless and comfortable.
So if one must do this test, this is a perfect medical imaging location to do it in.

I always tell my physician when he writes an order for radiology services that I insist on going to Chesapeake Medical imaging. I know the Doctors are great but it is their staff that is so awesome. They are courteous and so helpful. The technician are great. I would not go anywhere else.
