Front desk staff were kind and helpful. The imaging staff was understanding and polite. Overall it was a pleasant place and I would recommend this imaging location to people.

We arrived on time and they were very helpful, by getting my husband a wheelchair. they had a special room set up for us to wait together while he waited for the port to be installed and the fluid to circulate for his PET scan. The technician was very personable and the registration people at the front desk were very pleasant. We were very pleased with our treatment.

Overall experience was fine. When trying to insert the IV for my procedure one of the nurses put the needle in a vein incorrectly. Now my hand is swollen and finger hurts. Off and on. If I can get some advice on how to heal this properly I would greatly appreciate It.

OK. Negatives are MRI is VERY LOUD even with ear plugs. My appointment was for 11:30 AM. I wasn't called until noon.

I stopped by to show my MRI script so as to get a scheduled appointment. Lo and behold, I was able to be scheduled within 15 mins for that same day!! That was really very quick!! So I didn't even have to make another trip back because I was attended to on the spot, same day!! Very grateful indeed for such quick service!!
