Ridiculous wait times! Been here for over an hour with the same people in the waiting room. Are the staff just in back watching movies or something?? On the plus side, they at least have nice waiting room music..... Update: when I was FINALLY seen, the provider was friendly and efficient.

I went to the center in Bowie and they did a great job. Professional, friendly and efficient. Jesse was so nice and explained everything every step of the way. Very convenient too. Only two minutes off of Route 50.

Phenomenal! Their entire process was fantastic. Easy to use online portal. Fast responses via text and email. Worked well with my insurance. Will never again use Advanced radiology! They are terrible through and through!

I always choose Chesapeake Medical Imaging, at the Bowie location. I've been to other locations, but Bowie is my favorite. They are organized, friendly, and my wait is short, even though I rarely have a scheduled appointment.

The medical procedures that I had to get done were uncomfortable as heck. BUT thanks to the kindness of the staff, it was a good experience. I told them that I was feeling very anxious about it and asked them to explain what they were going to do. They were more than happy to go through the steps and were very gentle about it. I'm relieved that I decided to go with Chesapeake Medical Imaging.

What a pleasant surprise to have such a great experience when you're already anxious and not feeling well. The front desk team and the technologist went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and understanding about the procedure. I'm an RN and would highly recommend this imaging center!
