Honestly speaking, I had the best experience with CMI Bowie. the front desk, the assistant and Dr.D was nice patient and detailed. they make a nervous situation calm. Thank you CMI Bowie staff.

It's not often I give 5 stars to any medical encounter but this was impressive. Communication leading up to the study was superb, the nuclear study tech, Theresa, was pleasant, efficient and excellent in explaining everything and keeping us informed. The facility is clean, well maintained and well organized. Highly recommend.

Such an exceptional place! Welcoming, professional, and efficient! Warm acknowledgement from staff upon entering and smooth check in process. Very short wait time. Jessie, who conducted my MRI was completely lovely. Tremendous communicator and so accommodating. All medical offices should aspire to treat patients with such care!

I have had to have 1 X-ray and 2 different scans at Chesapeake (Bowie)in the last 2 weeks. Each time was perfect. I was called back within a minute of my appointment time. I was back in my car in less than 35 minutes after having both things done. The 2nd visit I was called back within 3 to 5 minutes and then received the scan(took about 20 minutes) and was back in my car within 25-30 minutes of my appointment time. The front desk girls and the techs were friendly, professional and informative. Thank you for the fantastic service!!!

Efficient, clean, professional, and human. CMI’s staff are wonderfully gentle, friendly, and assuring, from scheduling to checkout and everything in between. For one, mammograms have been a much more positive experience than other providers. Don’t put up with less than CMI’s care!

Everyone in that building is kind. Front desk very friendly. The nurse that helped me was very knowledgeable, kind, and guided me through the entire process. The doctor rarely spoke but he looked like he had done that procedure many times. I highly recommend.
