I was dreading getting another MRI because the first one I had felt like torture. The staff at this location from start to finish were very kind and made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. They offered to play music during the MRI in which calmed my nerves a lot. They also checked on me throughout the process. I would definitely recommend this location over the others.

I was so pleasantly surprised at how friendly and kind everyone at this lab is! Carmen was at the front desk and was very gracious and welcoming. I was in and out quickly. I have been catching up on my doctor appointments and lab tests and this was by far the most pleasant office that I have encountered.

Took my mom who was already feeling horrible for her MRI, told her she didn't have an appointment that I knew I had made. Showed the front desk the confirmation text of the appt. which she proceeds to say we are full today and can't fit you in for another three weeks. Would agree that maybe I made a mistake if they didn't tell the customer in front of me and the customer behind me they didn't have an one o'clock appt either. Apparently their system because we can't all be wrong

The folks here are so kind from the front desk to the radiologist. There was very little wait before being called back for imaging appointment. I always choose the Bowie location. It’s convenient and no parking problems.

Aug 8, 2024 Had a walk-in X-ray. The ladies at the front were extremely nice and professional. Seamless check in. 30 minutes or less for walk-in was excellent in my opinion. The X-ray technician was very pleasant and professional. Very cognizant that I was in pain and was very helpful in getting me in the proper positions for the X-rays quickly. I am very grateful for them and would recommend to all.
