This is my go to place for any radiology exams. The front staff are pleasant as well as the technologists. I have no complaints. I will continue to use Chesapeake Medical for any future needs.

I was a walk-in patient for a chest x-ray, and the entire process, from check-in through the imaging, went very smoothly. While there were about eight patients already waiting when I arrived, I was called for my x-ray within 15 minutes. I expect that billing will be equally uneventful.

I have been going to Chesapeake Medical Imaging for years! The bad first: CMI has lost some of its efficiency and neighborhood feel as it has grown its offices and their tech is glitchy (have never been able to successfully upload an Order and the front desk doesn't seem to care). BUT THE GOOD IS GREAT: the technicians, who actually perform your tests are AMAZING. I can deal with the fact that you can never successfully upload a script in exchange for having warm-hearted, friendly and thorough folks doing my testing!

I have been going to Chesapeake Medical Imaging for the past 5 or 6 years for MRIs, Mammograms and ultrasounds. Every time I go to the Annapolis Defense Highway location I have had nothing but the best care. Every person I meet there from the front desk people to the Radiologists I have met with have always been professional, patient, and friendly. I am claustrophobic and have a difficult time in the MRI machines. The techs who are working with me will go out of their way to make me feel as comfortable as possible and to make the experience as smooth and positive as possible. When I have met with any of the Radiologists they have always, ALWAYS been so comforting, patient, professional and friendly, they take the time to listen to all I had to say and have always made sure I understood exactly what was happening and gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and heard. All of these things are very VERY important to me. I would recommend this office to anyone who was looking for a place to have imaging done.

As much as I don't like diagnostic exams, I really appreciate the staff and services of Chesapeake Medical Imaging. It is really easy to get a convenient appointment, and there's ample parking in the lot. The receptionists and medical staff are welcoming, efficient and patient. If I get a referral from my doctor to any other testing facility, I ask for a change to this organization!

I arrived early for my appointment, and much to my surprise I only waited about 5 minutes when I was called back for my Cat Scan. Anytime I have had to go for an appointment there, I found very pleasant staffers who are always prompt and courteous.
