Needed CT scan and X-ray. Scheduler did not tell me that I had to drive to 2 different locations and then register twice. VERY DISAPPOINTED. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Other than a frustrating mistake once that was made regarding scheduling, I have always found CMI to be efficient, friendly and satisfactory.

Pleasant office staff. Had an MRI done but the clinician did not inform me to remove my rings on fingers and nose that i had drawn in diagram. Was told by my husband that the images could be negatively impacted. We will see.

They were happy to schedule two different tests for me in one visit, and I had only a brief wait between them. The results got to my MD very quickly, I had all the information I needed the very next day! Would highly recommend!

Went in for an chest xray to confirm pneumonia. No Appointment necessary for this kind of xray. Walked in at 11:05 on a Tuesday. was out by 11:30. In and out with very little waiting. One place they can improve, the music volume in the waiting area makes it difficult to discern patient name announcements, I had to sit closer to the intake door. Granted, my hearing ain't what it used to be.

Chesapeake Medical Imaging were extremely welcoming and professional. I actually forgot my Imaging order, they tried several times to reach my referring doctor. The Technician was professional and accommodating. She made the experience painless and knowledgeable in her skilled area. My doctor ordered an X-ray and so I just walked into Chesapeake and they saw me right away. 15 minutes later I was out the door. No appointment and barely a wait. The people were super as well. Excellent!
