Some basic customer service skills training is badly needed for members of the front office staff. Maybe if they'd stop eating while checking in patients, and handling the patient's insurance cards with fingers recently in their mouths, they wouldn't make mistakes like sending the results of my test, a sensitive and private one, to someone other than the doctor who ordered the test and whose name was on the referral. That breach of patient confidentiality is a HiPAA violation and should be reported. Calling a person who has an appointment to let them know that the tech supposed to do their test has gone for the day would be nice, too.

Best place for a medical related issue I've gone to for a CT Scan, I was in and out quick. Quickly scheduled my appt as my primary was concerned about a possible blood clot. They were transparent about the possible wait time as I was being seen in between patients. They were able to accommodate me rather quickly. The CT-A operator/nurse was really patient and explained how the procedure and scan would work. Quick and easy. Front office and back office was very kind.
