My doctor made a STAT MRI appointment arrived to the center half hour before my appointment receptionist informs me that my appointment was at 4:30pm clearly my form states 1:30 showed it to her. I wasn’t seen until 2:45pm not impressed. The tech was cool and had me in and out.

Hands down I would recommend going to Chesapeake Imaging vs Anne Arundel Medical Ctr. They’re extremely friendly, quick, and reliable. My only concern would be is that I wish there Radiologist read and reported the results to the ordering physician sooner.

From the front desk to the Professionals performing mammogram and then ultrasound, they were friendly, caring and easy to chat with. I've had bad experiences in the past, but I say this was the best Imaging Center to come to. I'll be returning next year for sure. Thank you to the staff.

Outstanding Practice! I went to the Defense Highway location! The early appointments (7AM) are great for me! Admin Staff are friendly and very professional! Tech who administered the test was very pleasant, made the whole experience easy and was quite professional as well. Phone calls into the toll-free number are always answered promptly and the ease of doing business with the call center staff is exceptional!
