I feel so much better! Thank you so much. I Was not aware that I was feeling as bad as what I was. It was three or four weeks of upper back neck and shoulders all being locked up. I really appreciate everything that you all do! Robin is very pleasant and fun to talk to and she was very knowledgeable about my care. The whole staff was great.

Heather is, & always has been very focused my concerns. I talk, she listens intently. Then our conversation begins. She explains everything to me. She feels like family to me. She has helped me so much. If I need medical help, I’m so happy to see her. I tell everyone about her. I would recommend her!

I would like to be in the practice of Heather Williams, I trust her medical knowledge and feel confident that if she felt that I should be referred to someone else, she would do that. It has been beyond stressful having serious medical issues that I could not get an appointment with anyone. I tried to follow up with Heather Williams but after trying Mt. Pleasant, Clare, Alma, and Midland locations learning that currently that is not a possibility. So on one hand ignoring medical symptoms or try to get anyone for an appointment has been very difficult. I am but not the only patient who feels left out, between my Ex- drugstore Walgreens and shuffling to get competent medical care— I just have been pushed into a corner of concerns versus ignoring my health. Recently I was able to see Heather Williams and ask health questions, which puts me back in hope.!

I highly recommend this walk in clinic! They are knowledgeable & professional in the variety of reasons I was scene for. From the time you walk in, you are greeted by a friendly receptionist & taken back to the room for vitals by the professional nurse! The bonus is Inrarely ever have to wait long to be seen!

Thorough, and thoughtful. Placed a referral for me to keep me in the MyMichigan system and get my chronic issue addressed. Very thankful for her thoughts and willingness to do so. I’ve also already been followed up with to schedule that visit.

Clearly she reads my medical records carefully to understand the broader context of whatever would bring me in to see her for a particular visit. She’s highly knowledgeable. I actually go to walk in clinic if I have an issue and that is where I see Kaitlin. I love the walk in clinic and hope it never goes away. All the staff there are excellent

I'm grateful to have been seen by Heather Williams. When I found out she was a "floater", I was so disappointed. I thought I had found a doctor who "heard" me, even though I'm a [AGE] year old woman. She took time to listen as I shared my concerns and frustrations, ordered lab work and a scan to get information to, hopefully, solve issues and/or make a plan. I wanted a follow-up appointment to review results, etc. It was a bit of a struggle to schedule an appointment because Heather is a "floater", but it was important to me to follow through with the results and a plan. Heather took the time to connect me with other resources to support the plan. I so wish Heather could be my care provider!

I’ve only been seen in this walk in on that particular day, first time there. We’re currently moving to Mount Pleasant. The staff were very nice and understanding. I would definitely go back there again.
