Kaitlyn explained everything very well was very caring. Listen to what I had to say. We came up with recommendations to what I was gonna do for my back pain. I would recommend her to all family and friends.

Very disappointing. Not recommended. Inadequate communication, explanations that lacked meaningful sense, and no effort to provide a path to resolution of complaint or condition.

Heather did a very good job. There seems to be a problem however in maintaining and adequate MD employment. Had a couple of appointments canceled due to turnover or lack of MD's. Wanted MD in MyPleasant but none available.. Had to get one in Alma

They made sure I got the help I needed, knowing the pain I had that day. She stressed the importance of knowing that she could only do so much for the pain I was in. So she suggest that I go to the ER. She was right. I appreciate her explaining that to me.

M first time seeing Heather Williams, she was awesome. Asked the right questions and really listened the answers. Worked with me and not at me. Questioned what I was able to do and what I couldn’t. She kept on top of all tests and kept me updated. I would definitely recommend her.

I would tell them that it's a fast and efficient office however there is no privacy and you are forced to discuss your medical issues in front of the entire waiting room

Heather and the nursing staff were excellent. I appreciated the way they listened to me and the care I received! There is a comment I would like to share concerning the office staff. When I walked in and approached the counter the woman working didn’t look up or acknowledge me. I then said, “I would like to see a doctor.” Without looking up at me at any time I was met with a curt, “Birthday? Last name?. Okay, you’re checked in.” I was shocked. I have never been treated so dismissively. I can only assume she was dealing with something that had nothing to do with me, and this was not the normal greeting to expect when visiting the walk-in clinic.

I would tell them the experience of the walk in clinic was a great option when not able to see our PCP in a timely manner and avoid the ER. I would also express to them the frustration of not being told I would not be able to access my [AGE] year olds medical information the next day when needed. If this is going to he tho policy of your office this should most definitely be discussed when checking in a minor child. Stating he can give me proxy access the following day over the phone is less than helpful since he cant drive and talking to him on the phone would he close to impossible since he is [AGE]!
