What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Kaitlin was great! She seemed to genuinely care about my son and she was very personable. She wanted to make sure she was doing everything possible for him, which was nice. Usually doctors tend to be quick and have a checklist of things to do and if you stray from that it’s usually just a quick response then back to it. Kaitlin didn’t make us feel that way. She asked questions and she was still efficient but she took her time to make sure we had all the information.

The walk in clinic at Mid Michigan is the best around this area. I have been going to this clinic since it opened and the Drs there are the best. If you need other tests they order right there and get it done. I take all my clients there as well. Best thing mid ever did puttin in the walk in

Save time and money, just go to the ER.

My appointment took WAY longer than it should have. They finally gave me the test I asked for but they did not label the specimen so they ended up not being able to get me any results. So really my entire appointment was just a waste of time and money! The facility was nice and the time in the waiting room was short but I was very disappointed by the care I received.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Heather talked with me with respect and so did the the staff and I felt like a person they all were very kind being not seen for five years I felt nervous. But not here. Also she gave me the one med that kept me sane for many years so I am very thankful for her coming in to my life, thanks for getting me back me back my life to me!! Lots of love!!! God bless💕

I am not very happy, I’ve been done taking the anabiotic for almost a week now, and my ear is still clogged, and I can’t hear out of it. So now I’m gonna have to make another appointment.

It was a very convenient walk in clinic and the staff was knowledgable, professional and courteous. I’m a Registered Nurse but my PCP is downstate (having just moved here) and I was very happy with my care.
