All of the staff from reception, to the nurse, to the provider were very kind, and helpful. I received great care. I have gone to a few different walk in clinics, and this was by far the best one I’ve been to.

The visit was fine, I liked Robyn, she was very personable. However, follow up communication was non existent. She said I did not have an infection, but they would test further and let me know. They subsequently found that there was infection, but no one called to inform me of that. I just happened to go into MyChart for the billing, and saw the additional test results. I called to find out what my next step should be, and the woman who answered the phone looked it up and told me what was found and that a prescription had been called in to my pharmacy. Maybe someone could have CALLED me???

Katlin was an up beat provider. The longer she was working g on my procedure, the more I thought what a good job she was doing and how fortunate I was to have gotten Katlin! I liked her a lot and will request her if I return.

I went to the walk in clinic I was seen 2 x in two week period I didn’t have to wait more than15 min. Entire staff was professional. Robyn was informative

I needed urgent care and Katlin was welcoming, and knowledgeable pertaining to my specific needs. She asked many questions and reviewed my personal information, and was able to give me proper care and treatment. I appreciated her energy and positive attitude. She listened well, and was encouraging about the prognosis-outcome.
