Grace was wonderful. I was there for what I thought was a sinus infection following 2 episodes of Bronchitis. She checked my ears, nose, throat, lungs and heart. She seemed very capable and informed. She put me on an inhaler and antibiotic. I am doing much better today. I really appreciate MyMichigan and your fantastic PA. Thank you!

Heather has "great bedside" comfort. Soooo happy with my office visit and follow up. I finally felt seen and...listened to. Had blood work completed and results within 24 hrs. Then immediate phone call next day to address results and answer questions. Very pleased.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I was seen by Brianna in the ER for stitches from a bad fall after tripping while burning brush in a swamp. I saw Kaitlin to remove my stitches and she was very careful to work slowly and patiently to avoid hurting as they were removed from my lips. I would highly recommend her to anyone and would be pleased for her to treat me if needed in the future.

Walk-in clinic was welcoming, easy to check-in and a reasonable wait time to see a provider. The provider gave great care and was very thorough.

I appreciated the ability to use the walk-in clinic services without an appointment and was seen pretty much right away. The office staff was very friendly and courteous. The provider, Grace Lounsbury, PA, took the time to hear my relay of symptoms and responded accordingly in a manner that I could understand. She was courteous, friendly, respectful, and seemed pretty knowledgeable about my non-emergency symptoms and condition, and what medication and steps I needed to take to improve my current health.

First time at your walk in wasn't feeling well her and the staff were all very nice now that I know there is walk in there that will be my choice from now on.

Kaitlin was great! She seemed to genuinely care about my son and she was very personable. She wanted to make sure she was doing everything possible for him, which was nice. Usually doctors tend to be quick and have a checklist of things to do and if you stray from that it’s usually just a quick response then back to it. Kaitlin didn’t make us feel that way. She asked questions and she was still efficient but she took her time to make sure we had all the information.

The walk in clinic at Mid Michigan is the best around this area. I have been going to this clinic since it opened and the Drs there are the best. If you need other tests they order right there and get it done. I take all my clients there as well. Best thing mid ever did puttin in the walk in
