Thorough, and thoughtful. Placed a referral for me to keep me in the MyMichigan system and get my chronic issue addressed. Very thankful for her thoughts and willingness to do so. I’ve also already been followed up with to schedule that visit.

Heather is terrific. I appreciate that she listens carefully and takes the time to understand my concerns. Clearly she reads my medical records carefully to understand the broader context of whatever would bring me in to see her for a particular visit. She’s highly knowledgeable. I trust her greatly and appreciate very much her care and support of my health.

I actually go to walk in clinic if I have an issue and that is where I see Kaitlin. I love the walk in clinic and hope it never goes away. All the staff there are excellent

I'm grateful to have been seen by Heather Williams. When I found out she was a "floater", I was so disappointed. I thought I had found a doctor who "heard" me, even though I'm a [AGE] year old woman. She took time to listen as I shared my concerns and frustrations, ordered lab work and a scan to get information to, hopefully, solve issues and/or make a plan. I wanted a follow-up appointment to review results, etc. It was a bit of a struggle to schedule an appointment because Heather is a "floater", but it was important to me to follow through with the results and a plan. Heather took the time to connect me with other resources to support the plan. I so wish Heather could be my care provider!

I’ve only been seen in this walk in on that particular day, first time there. We’re currently moving to Mount Pleasant. The staff were very nice and understanding. I would definitely go back there again.

My initial meeting with Ms. Williams was very thorough complete and highly professional. Answered all my questions alleviated a lot of my fears and her diagnosis and supplicant help prove to be spot on to helping me. A star in the medical profession.

Heather Williams is in outstanding medical professional, as good as I seen in all the years I’ve been going to seek medical help. Thorough, attentive, scrutinizing all factors; knowledgeable, Patient, Reflective are some of the highlights of my Initial meeting with Ms. Williams. I am extremely fortunate to be under her care. I know with her I have the best I can get.
