I would not go back to this location on a day that nurse practitioner Hubbard is working. I was told upon checking in that I would have to wait because the provider had to feed her baby. I had a nose bleed in the room while violently coughing( waited with mask on coughing), no waste receptacle, left with bloody tissue in my purse and told to come back in a few days if I didn’t feel better- it was a Thursday and I knew you had no hours of operation on the weekend. Hubbard made some remark about me picking my nose (not the cause of the nose bleed) and a remark about wasting water taking hot steam showers to be able to breathe as well as shouldn’t take over the counter medication because it would affect my blood pressure. Told me I was at the top of whatever I had and sent me on my way. It’s Sunday, I’m worse and the Walk in isn’t open. From now on, I will call to see who is on staff; I will not receive services from NP Hubbard again. Very disappointed in the manner of the appointment

Everything was good at the facility. The provider did well, except the medication she prescribed didn't work. When the medication was exhausted, I went to a different provider to get a different medication.

Not to become part of my Michigan Healthcare Group because they keep changing doctors I'm on my fourth doctor in less than 2 years and it's almost impossible to ever get an appointment

One of the best experiences I had with a walk-in clinic. She listened, made an assessment, got the x-rays needed, and told me everything she could about my injury and made sure to notated her concerns in my records so my PCP had documentation to go off of.

Heather Williams was very professional and I immediately recognized her professionalism. She listened well to my problems and typed them into my record. In listening to my course of treatment she explained to me what the next steps to help me were, and why they would help in a short time frame which I have been facing. I received very complete results in My Chart which I really appreciated, and I even received a following up call from a representative of Heather about my Lab results! As a long-time patient since the opening of the Mid Michigan facility in Mt. Pleasant, I have had very good health care and Heather Williams was a great additional representative for My Michigan Health!
