I was very impressed with the provider and the staff. Everyone was so helpful. I am not from the area and I appreciated the professionalism and friendliness. Also, I was taken care of promptly. Would definitely recommend to others.

Urgent care office nice staff, no waiting. Kaitlyn was knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. I wish she was taking regular patients, I would love her as my pcp.

My only real concern was my [Removed Patient Name] blood pressure reading. It was incredibly high and wasn’t addressed.

Everyone in the walkin clinic was nice, helpful and polite. Most everyone else in the building had little knowledge of any areas that were not specifically there's.

Katlin is thorough and listens very well. I trust her care. Additionally, I appreciate the same-day appointments (often within an hour or two of calling), have never waited, and the staff is always wonderful.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
It was a very good experience. It was clear Ms. Hubbard had actually looked at my online history before entering the examination room. She listened carefully, asked thoughtful questions, and did not patronize, which as someone over 70 I have experienced in other doctor visits. She explained both the diagnosis and the treatment protocol that was being applied. I have trouble thinking of a way to improve the interaction.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
If you are seeking to get well… try McLaren…I still have not been told as to why I still have diarrhea after two weeks but here I am filling out a survey about not receiving any responses from the labs that do desperately needed my samples. Some way to treat the Seniors of this community. I am still with symptoms so maybe my best effort for a possible cure it to try the “other” health care specialists in town. All I get from My Michigan Health Care is a massive bill and a survey with no concern about my health

This is the first time I used this walk in clinic and was very pleased with everything. They were not busy and handled my visit quickly and professionally. I didn't even know there was a walk in clinic at this place. Better signs or more highly visible ones could make a real difference. Since I have visited this place for labs for several years I never noticed the walk in clinic signs before.

Kaitlyn was excellent in every respect. She showed true care for me and the treating of my symptoms. She was timely and responsive. Fast follow up with me sfter an X-ray was read. I’m very happy/satisfied with my visit and outcomes.

She was great! She made me wish she was my regular doctor; she is really helping me understand and get over the situation I’m currently in. I am so glad I decided to go to the clinic and see her for a second time.

Katlin went above and beyond explaining everything to me. She even highlighted certain things in the notes that she typed up for me and wrote little notes on there. She took her time with me and made sure she read everything in my records that I have had going on lately. I didn't have a long wait to get in and it was really a pleasant experience! That was the first time I have been to this particular walk-in clinic and I will be returning!

I thought Katlin Hubbard was the most painstakingly in depth doctor I have seen in a very long time. She explains EVERYTHING so you understand it.

Very through, took time to explain and offer tips that would help —- recovery from ear ache. My first time at Walk In care and went very well—- made appointment, seen promptly, and Katie was friendly—- good experience.

Nothing really—- it was an ear ache and I was only patient there, everyone was professional.
