I would tell them the experience of the walk in clinic was a great option when not able to see our PCP in a timely manner and avoid the ER. I would also express to them the frustration of not being told I would not be able to access my [AGE] year olds medical information the next day when needed. If this is going to he tho policy of your office this should most definitely be discussed when checking in a minor child. Stating he can give me proxy access the following day over the phone is less than helpful since he cant drive and talking to him on the phone would he close to impossible since he is [AGE]!

The Urgent Care at Mt. Pleasant Mid Michigan Hospital is excellent and not much wait time to be seen

My initial visit was excellent, however when I asked for an additional appointment as I was not improving as expected I was sent away very rudely. I went out to my car and cried after the way I was treated. I was not feeling well at all and this provider would not even show me the time of day. As a healthcare professional myself I walked away knowing I would never want to treat a patient the way I was treated that day.

Katlin is an excellent provider. She cares about her patients and goes above and beyond to be sure you are getting the best care. I would definitely go back to her anytime I have a concern about my health. Thank you, Katlin.

For a walk in visit it was very fast and efficient. I was in and out with the knowledge that I was in no danger from the pain I was experiencing and what treatment I should proceed with. I could not have had a better experience.

Not great. I was told that if I still had symtoms in 2-3 days. Call for a zpak. I called and was told kristen was not in and the person working didn't feel comfortable prescribing even though it was on my chart.
