For a walk in visit it was very fast and efficient. I was in and out with the knowledge that I was in no danger from the pain I was experiencing and what treatment I should proceed with. I could not have had a better experience.

Not great. I was told that if I still had symtoms in 2-3 days. Call for a zpak. I called and was told kristen was not in and the person working didn't feel comfortable prescribing even though it was on my chart.

When I discovered I had a tick bite, I was highly anxious. This provider (Clinic at Mt. Pleasant My Michigan), Kaitlin Hubbard, was quick to respond and highly skilled. She spoke calmly and reassured me that seeking medical assistance was warranted. I appreciated her thoroughness and concern with my comfort.

I love their caring atmosphere and even though I sometimes hate repeating my name and birthday i realize it is important to make sure I'm not someone else. I'll not lose that at least when my memory is gone.

We didn’t know that the Walk-In Clinic existed until recently. We went because the office had the ability to do an x-ray onsite. I’m so glad we did—what a professional staff! We’ve had some bad experiences with walk-in clinics/urgent cares in the past. The front desk staff at your clinic met us with a smile and we truly felt welcome—even on a Friday at 4:30! Everyone was professional and compassionate. We will be back!!

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I came into the walk in clinic anticipating on spending an amount of time in the office. I was seen within 15 minutes of checking in. Testing was done within a few minutes of being taken back to an exam room and I don’t think I spent more than 45 minutes from walking in and leaving. I will definitely be back for any non emergency care and will recommend this office to friends and family.

Yes, I have no complaints except I did not have any receipt number or account number because when I tried to get into the portal, I did not have any information to fill out with me. I simply left the office. They were gonna send me a bill so I cannot see my online portal.

Karen was excellent. Talked on my level. Explained things very well and even showed me a picture on the computer. Plus gave me exercises.
