Grace was wonderful. I was there for what I thought was a sinus infection following 2 episodes of Bronchitis. She checked my ears, nose, throat, lungs and heart. She seemed very capable and informed. She put me on an inhaler and antibiotic. I am doing much better today. I really appreciate MyMichigan and your fantastic PA. Thank you!

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I appreciated the ability to use the walk-in clinic services without an appointment and was seen pretty much right away. The office staff was very friendly and courteous. The provider, Grace Lounsbury, PA, took the time to hear my relay of symptoms and responded accordingly in a manner that I could understand. She was courteous, friendly, respectful, and seemed pretty knowledgeable about my non-emergency symptoms and condition, and what medication and steps I needed to take to improve my current health.

We have seen grace a few different times for multiple children and each time we felt we received great care and understanding from Grace. Very helpful and knowledgeable.

Walkin clinic should notify at check in if they are incapable to diagnosis certain symptoms, i.e. abdominal issues.

I always tell friends and family to go to Mid Health but I never knew about the urgent care or walk in clinic that was there and I barely had to wait which still would’ve been worth it for how much the visit/appointment helped; Thanks again = ]

This is my first time using the Walk-In for medical attention. I was impressed with the concern and care received. The facility was neat and clean and the courtesy the staff showed me.

Grace impressed me as a highly competent, but kind and gentle, medical provider during the visit. I was properly assessed and given the best topical ointment for a nasal wound that had me very concerned. She was marvelous and I am well on the road to healing, without infection. I appreciated this quick and effective means of health care instead of tying up the ER.
