She was great. She explained what tests we ran and gave me the results in the room. When she prescribed me medication she went over what it was for and the side effects I could possibly deal with as well. Very kind and caring, I would absolutely see her again!

Since this is a walk-in facility I did not need an appointment. They got me in in a timely manner and I had an X-ray done. Gave me the results before I left so I may have been there 20 to 30 minutes total.

I have already told many about the great service that Mid Michigan has with this walk in clinic. There was no waiting and I will go there when I can't see my regular doctor. Which was the case.

I felt she was so helpful. She was very friendly and open to listening to my issue. She ordered x-rays to define my problem and gave me information that would help the area heal. I felt she was very professional and knowledgeable.

I went in as a walk-in patient, and received excellent care, in a very timely manner. From check in, to exam, to X-ray, to diagnosis (broken bone in foot), to fitting for boot and discharge, took less than 90 minutes!! I was very pleased with the treatment I received!!

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
This was my first time seeing Ms Reynolds and staff at the walk-in clinic. My wait was short and I felt they were thorough. Doing the Influenza test helped confirm what I had and a treatment plan was formed. Ms Reynolds was very helpful when the first pharmacy I was using was not going to have the medication needed for influenza. She or staff quickly assisted in calling into another pharmacy that did have the medication.

It was very easy to make a appoint and my visit was on time! Roybin made my visit easy and took care of my issue of a hearing aid piece stuck in my ear. Her and the staff at the walk in clinic are excellent!! Thank You

Robyn and her office got me right in and were very nice and listened to what had happened . Robyn took precaution in doing two test to rule out a couple of tests that turned out negative and I found out from a call that all was normal. She did share what I should do at that time. Very good advice. Thank you Robyn for being so prompt and caring!!!

I used the walk in urgent care office at the facility and the doctor and the staff were all very kind and courteous and made me feel heard, and Dr Reynolds took the time to come up with a plan of care for my issue. The office was expedient - including getting x-rays done. I’m very impressed with this urgent care and will recommend it to anyone I know.
