Everyone was extremely nice. I was from out of town and was cared for immediately. However I didn't get better with the treatment and didn't get advice about what to try next. The shot and medicine didn't help. I'm back home now and still in pain. I will see someone tomorrow here in NC.

I was fed the time and the gas money to go to Mount Pleasant. They are always pleasant and courteous, and I’ve always gotten in and out in a great period of time.

Robyn listened to me and efficiently helped by diagnosing my illness, making sure to give me the right medication (with careful consideration of my allergies) and explained everything thoroughly.

Look further into the problems I presented with. I followed up with another office the following day and was diagnosed with bronchitis and an ear infection.

Robin Reynolds was spot on, very happy, jovial when she came in. And we went over my problems. And she checked me out when it came to where my pain was from falling a couple weeks ago. She assured me that everything is normal and it takes a while to heal. I also believe that she would be very good with children.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
The assistant who took care of me. Could have been a little bit better at explaining things and what was expected of me. I could tell that she was very tired and that she was not at her best that day.

All of the staff from the minute I walked in were efficient and helpful. The best walk in clinic I have ever been too.
