Dr Fang listened and took time to talk with me. I wasn’t treated like a “bother” just because I had done a lot of research and spoke my mind. My previous doctor (at a different hospital) didn’t appreciate questions and seemed offended that I didn’t just listen, nod my head, and say “yes doctor” to everything he said. That may work for some patients, but others, like me, want to be involved in and educated about our care, especially for something as serious as cancer. Dr Fang provided that type of respectful environment and I look forward to a long and harmonious doctor/patient relationship.

While the visit was long, it was expected being a speciality clinic/visit. The process from check in to check out was very efficient. I really appreciated the nurse checking in on me while I was waiting in the room to see the doctor. I was very impressed with the overall visit.
