This group is unprofessional and very disorganized. The phone scheduled follow up did not call at the scheduled time and when I tried to reach Robin after waiting with no idea of why I had not received a call she would not come to phone and also did not call me back. At 45 minutes after the appointment time for the call the call was received. I am President of a company and if I treated my customers like I was treated by this clinic I would be out of business. UAB could benefit greatly by hiring a business consultant to help them operate professionally. I have been to Mayo Clinic which operates top drawer. What a vast difference in these two organizations!

Every aspect of my appointment was done in a very professional, timely and friendly manner. The staff made me feel welcome, and I knew that my situation was important to everyone involved, from the receptionist, to the nurses and to Dr. Kolettis.
