Dr. Kolettis is a great listener and pays attention to detail. Very thorough, professional and spends the time necessary to understand your specific case. Only wish I knew about him sooner.

I have never met a more friendly staff, most helpful, most organized, most prompt, and cleanest in all my 50 years of going to doctors and clinics. I’ve been totally impressed, I’d much rather drive the 2 hours to Kirklin clinic than my home town. Thank you to the doctors, the nurses and all the staff for making my visits comfortable, relaxing, professional and helpful, thank you.

All staff I encountered were excellent. There was a 45 minute wait before the first resident came in to see me (I wasn't upset, I'm just noting it). The facility itself is very stressful with all of the people traffic and clinics and parking to contend with. Everyone should be given a complimentary benzodiazepine upon arrival. In sincerity, the kindness of the practitioners makes up for the down sides, which is why I gave an 8 and why I'm happy to be there again.

Liked the music being played in the main Kirklin lobby. Something about "Music and Medicine" I think? It was very relaxing, partly because it was familiar as the floutist was playing well-loved movie soundtrack songs.

I thank Dr. Kolettis for listening to all my concerns. As I have worked in thr medical field for over 48 years I have learned that a lot of physicians don't won't lengthy explanations. But he considered listening to me and probably my paranoia😁

This group is unprofessional and very disorganized. The phone scheduled follow up did not call at the scheduled time and when I tried to reach Robin after waiting with no idea of why I had not received a call she would not come to phone and also did not call me back. At 45 minutes after the appointment time for the call the call was received. I am President of a company and if I treated my customers like I was treated by this clinic I would be out of business. UAB could benefit greatly by hiring a business consultant to help them operate professionally. I have been to Mayo Clinic which operates top drawer. What a vast difference in these two organizations!
