The NP was very thorough and informative. We had been to multiple specialists from other facilities, she is the only one who reviewed his records and really listened to our concerns! She got us in immediately for testing. We would definitely recommend her and UAB urology!!

Staff was prompt and thorough. I appreciated Dr Donahue spending time and asking questions to get the best assessment for my treatments. Too, she advised me on some treatments that other urologists have never discussed with me.

Everything went well except the wait time and the room available. Wait times should be shorter.
More rooms should be available for the amount of medical staff.
Medical equipment should be available in every room..the nurses should not have to wait for pressure cuffs to "be available"...
