As a semi-retired "senior" [occupation], I really don't like being "the patient" - I was very anxious about my 1st appointment. But everything went so smoothly - the online registration process was the easy; the facility was clean, modern & comfortable; the staff, from the primary care employee that got on the elevator with my wife and me to the registration folks were pleasant and professional; and Ashley D., my CRNP was great. She treated me very professionally, with dignity, and with a respect I usually don't see. Thank you, UAB Urology.
